FAQ's

    • Allocation based on State fiscal year, 12-mo
    • Even distribution of awards ($2,500-$5,000)
    • $500,000.00 in SFY2025
    • Reviewed on a quarterly basis and distributed following approval by the PASLRAP Committee
    • JRJ allocation is based on Fed fiscal year, 24-mo
    • $61,710 in FFY2024
    • Review & disburse by the end of the State Fiscal Year


    • Allocation based on State fiscal year, 12-months
    • Other Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program (up to $20,000 for eligible borrowers)


    The CJC is able to submit monthly payments toward your loan. Your loan provider needs to be a registered vendor with the State of Delaware's Division of Accounting First State Financial System in order to provide payments. Please contact cjc_tuition@delaware.gov to verify if your loan provider is a registered  vendor with the State of Delaware.
